For your posthuman brain-melting pleasure I would like to point you to this post here in which Laurie Pycroft tells us that the body parts he has aren’t good enough any more. Just so you know he’s not a kook (or is, depending on your flavor of extremism) Laurie is the founder of Pro-Test, a pro animal testing group. In a totally true story he started it after we had a huge IRC fight about cloning wooly mammoths. This story is elsewhere on the site but I’m too damn lazy to dig it up. :/ That may actually be the whole story. Back to the point, he’s a brilliant young man with a lot on his mind and a really swell vocabulary. His subject matter is a little bit of everything so you never know what you’re going to get. It’s sort of like if Boing Boing were written by one guy. He wears the red badge of chutzpah and isn’t afraid to meet you even after you say you’re going to heckle him at the next speech he gives in or near your location.
